Mountain Giants

Watching the world from up above,

Wearing a blanket of snow,

We tower above the ones we love, 

Watching them as they grow.

Curious about the ones that climb our peaks,

Who tarry forward for even weeks,

Watching down as spring unfolds,

And gazing at the marigolds.
